Our main aim is to provide you tools so that you can enjoy a healthy body and express yourself through movement and/or the activity that you like to do, while increasing your quality of life, self-awareness and positively influencing your bodily functions.
It is a pedagogical process that seeks the transformation of the Self.
At its essence, Conscious Movement is a way of living that is based on understanding and honoring our own natural intelligence and instinctive guidance: it is about creating a space where we can be our authentic self and connect with our inner wisdom.
Conscious Movement is about embracing our natural intelligence and intuition, and learning to understand our deepest self.
Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually we develop a Holistic R-Evolution.
In the sessions we use different movement tools that adapt to your body. Each body is different, each person’s skeleton is unique and that is the basis of our practice.
Meditation, Yoga and Thai Massage are some of the practices we recommend as they help to unify the mind-body-spirit connection, supporting the personal and awareness process you are doing.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that dates back thousands of years. It is a system of physical, mental and spiritual development that includes a wide range of techniques, such as breath control (Pranayam), meditation (Dhyana), postures (Asana) and much more.
Thai-Yoga Massage
The practice of Thai yoga massage is a very ancient healing method that helps enhancing the healing process of the bones, muscles, connective tissues and organs of the body, as well as the energetic, psychological and spiritual aspects.
